Returns Policy

Returns Policy

Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Garments may be tried on for fit, but must not be worn, washed, soiled, damaged, altered, or treated in any way that would affect their resale value.

We reserve the right to make a deduction from any refund, or where permitted by law refuse a refund, where returned items are not received in a clean, resaleable condition or show signs of wear, use, damage, odours, animal hair, mud, or other contamination beyond what is necessary to inspect and try on the item.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards (where applicable)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. This will include the purchase price of the returned item(s) and, where required by applicable consumer law, the original standard delivery charge.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied in error.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account and then contact your card provider or bank, as processing times can vary. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@pcracewear.ie.

Sale Items

Sale items may be returned in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To arrange an exchange, please contact hello@pcracewear.ie.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item was not marked as a gift, any refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping

To return an item, please email hello@pcracewear.ie and we will provide return instructions.

Return Postage Costs

Unless an item is faulty, damaged, or supplied in error, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.

Original Delivery Charges

If you exercise your statutory right to cancel your order within the applicable cancellation period and return the entire order, we will refund the original standard delivery charge paid when the order was placed.

Where a premium or express delivery service was selected, only the cost of our standard delivery service will be refunded.

Return postage costs paid by the customer are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied in error.

We recommend using a tracked postal service. Returned items remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received by us.
